You will end up with a system operating at its very best, and the piece-of-mind to know that you can fix most minor issues yourself. I ensure that all of my clients get the knowledge needed to keep things running smoothly and and get the maximum life span out of the computer. If you do encounter an issue that you are unable to resolve its nice to know that you are welcome to call me and I will talk you through the problem over the phone. Telephone support is included as part of your initial set up.**
**Telephone Tech Support applies to machines that I have set up and serviced. Any third party installations that have caused the issue may result in an additional charge. If the issue can not be resolved over the phone within 30 to 45 minutes and/or if it requires an on site service call additional charges may apply.
